There was a buzz in social media that Thalapathy Vijay will be seen playing dual role in his upcoming film with director AR Murugadoss. But reports from the team say that there is only one role for Vijay but it will completely showcase the actor in a different color.
We also hear that Sun Pictures want AR Murugdoss to rope in big actors justifying the budget of the film. The PR machinery of Keerthy Suresh had gone to town claiming that she is the front-runner to play the heroine but now the buzz is that Sun Pictures are insisting on a big heroine from Bollywood to play the female lead.
AR Rahman is likely to compose the music for the film and Girish Gangadharan of Angamaly Diaries fame will be cranking the camera. The film will start rolling from January 2018.
