One more popular TV anchor is getting divorced. Now it is Dhivyadharshini aka DD who has filed for divorce at a family court in Chennai. Earlier top veejay's Pooja Ramachandran and Ramya Subramaniam who are celebrities in their own rights, got divorced soon after their marriage.
Dhivyadharshini married her good friend Srikanth Ravichandran in 2014 but post-wedding, the couple had a difference of opinion regarding lot of issues and they were not living together for past few months.
Reports suggest that Srikanth’s family is not happy with Dhivyadarshini’s sudden decision to act in movies, which is one of the major reasons for the split. Sources say that both Dhivyadharshini and Srikanth filed divorce on mutual consent to cancel their marriage registration.
After her wedding, Dhivyadharshini played a cameo in Dhanush’s directorial film ‘Pa. Paandi’, she will also be seen in a pivotal role in Chiyaan Vikram-Gautham Menon’s upcoming spy thriller Dhruva Natchathiram.
